Organic Peppermint Soap

I made this Peppermint Soap as a simple daily ritual, something that wakes you up while also helping you settle back into your body. The scent is crisp and clean, like taking a deep breath when you didn’t realize you were holding one.

Each bar is made slowly and with intention, using pure peppermint essential oil only — no synthetic fragrances — because I believe even the most ordinary moments can become grounding if we let them. The peppermint helps clear mental fog, sharpen focus, and gently reset your energy, which makes this soap especially nice in the morning, or anytime you want to feel refreshed and present again.

This soap is part of my How I’m Healing philosophy: healing doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect. Sometimes it starts with something small, like how you begin or end your day, and the care you give yourself in those moments.
