I support people in the space between medical appointments for those navigating chronic illness. My focus is helping people stay regulated, supported, and connected to themselves, because when someone feels safe and supported, they can access their own healing capacity and inner wisdom more fully.
This can look like:
- Nervous system co-regulation and grounding during overwhelm
- Emotional and spiritual support during challenges
- Helping explore supportive lifestyle changes (food, environment, daily habits) in an empowering and non-overwhelming way.
- Helping you assess the products you use and transition to cleaner, non-toxic options while also setting up your home to better support your health
- Helping simplify and organize next steps when everything feels confusing
- Compassionate presence and perspective
- Support integrating healing into daily life
- Helping you reconnect with yourself and remember who you are when illness makes you feel lost or disconnected
