I support people in the space between medical appointments for those navigating chronic illness. My focus is helping people stay regulated, supported, and connected to themselves, because when someone feels safe and supported, they can access their own healing capacity and inner wisdom more fully.

This can look like:

  • Nervous system co-regulation and grounding during overwhelm
  • Emotional and spiritual support during challenges
  • Helping explore supportive lifestyle changes (food, environment, daily habits) in an empowering and non-overwhelming way.
  • Helping simplify and organize next steps when everything feels confusing

My role is not to diagnose or provide medical treatment, but to walk alongside you as a grounded and supportive companion through the healing process.
