Most people navigating chronic illness are doing it with a lot more alone time than anyone realizes. Between the appointments, the programs, the protocols, and the hard days, there's so much that happens in between. That's the space I work in.
I'm here for the moments when a symptom spike sends you spiraling and you need someone to help you come back to feeling safe in your body. For the days when you've lost hope and need someone to hold it for you until you can hold it again. For the guilt of feeling like you're not doing enough or not healing fast enough. For the small wins that nobody else in your life quite understands but that actually mean everything. For the loneliness of being surrounded by people who love you but just don't understand. And for all the hard in between moments when you just need someone who truly gets it. Because I've lived it too.
Here's what working together can look like:
- Weekly 1:1 support calls
- Voice and text support between sessions for the moments that can't wait
- Help staying consistent with your healing protocol, whether that's brain retraining, functional medicine, or both
- Support through flares and hard days, including helping you shift your perspective
- Nervous system regulation and grounding when things feel like too much
- Guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and daily habits in a way that feels manageable
- Helping you transition to a lower toxin lifestyle, from swapping out products to creating a home environment that actually supports your healing
- Words and tools you can use on yourself between sessions
- Steady encouragement from someone who genuinely believes you're going to get through this

Foundation Support
For people who want consistent weekly support and someone to check in with between sessions when things come up.
What's included:- 4 weekly 50-minute 1:1 support calls
- Voice and text support between sessions
- A steady person to come back to every week who knows your story and where you are in your healing
- Help staying consistent, shifting your perspective, and moving forward
- 1 month minimum commitment
$485/Month -
Deep Support
For people who need more than once a week. When you're in a hard season and need someone truly available throughout the week, not just on call days, this is for you.
What's included:Everything in Foundation plus
- 2 additional as needed calls per month
- Same day support for urgent moments
- Monday to Saturday voice and text - ongoing, responsive, and personal
- Real time support when you need it so you're never sitting alone in a hard moment waiting for your next call
- 1 month minimum commitment
$885/Month
Note: Due to the level of personal attention involved, I work with a small number of Deep Support clients at a time.
Single sessions are available for those who just need support right now. Reach out and we'll find a time that works for you.
